Liverpool are eyeing a move for Eintracht Frankfurt star Omar Marmoush as they draw up a shortlist of potential replacements for Mohamed Salah.

reports that Liverpool are interested in a deal to sign Marmoush from Frankfurt in case they need to mitigate for losing Salah, amid links with Saudi Arabian clubs this summer. The Reds have been linked with PSV Eindhoven winger Johan Bakayoko, but reports in Germany claim they also have an interest in the Egypt international, who would cost between €50 million (£42m/$54m) and €60m (£51m/$64m).

Marmoush has also been scouted by both Tottenham and Newcastle, with Spurs expected to make an offer for him this summer, per the report. Frankfurt are said to be willing to discuss a potential deal for the 25-year-old, who can play as both a central striker and a No.10.
